Kyoto City Hotel (hereinafter, "Hotel") shall strictly manage all personal information hotel patrons
provide via the homepage operated by the Hotel, and make every effort to improve the corresponding privacy protection system.
＜Gathering & Retaining Personal Information＞
The minimum amount of personal information obtained from hotel patrons shall be retained in order to provide relevant services
● Information entered onto and declared on the prescribed application such as name, D.O.B., address, telephone number and place of employment.
● Information for ID checks such as driver's license and passport.
＜Purpose of Personal Information＞
The Hotel shall not use the personal information of hotel patrons for purposes other than that stipulated below.
１．Management of lost items.
２．Notification of products and services.
３．Creation of databases for the improvement of company services etc.
However, terms are subject to exception when required by law
＜Providing Personal Information to a Third Party＞
Except in special circumstances, the Hotel shall not provide a third party with the personal information of a hotel patron without their consent.
